When can I expect delivery?
If you’re gifting, you can buy a Gift Box at any time and we’ll email your confirmation to you.
The One Off Gift Box will be dispatched within 2 days of you placing the order. It will be sent by Royal Mail (and expected to arrive with the recipient 2-3 working days later).
Each Month, the box will contain different items. So, for example, if you sign up before 8th January, your first box will be posted on 15th January and that will be the January Box. If you sign up in March, you will receive the March Box. If you sign up after 8th of the month, you will receive the next Months box
Your box will be posted around the 15th of the month and is expected to arrive with you 2-3 working days later (we use Royal Mail).
Our listed prices include shipping fees unless otherwise stated. All orders placed on our website are subject to availability. Products will be shipped according to our Site shipping terms.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We currently deliver to the UK only (postage included).
DO I NEED TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY BOX?
The size of the items in your box mean they won’t fit through your letterbox, so we recommend having it delivered to somewhere there will be someone to receive it, like your work address.
WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Loss of Goods: Our Royal Mail delivery company is responsible for the delivery of all goods ordered. Should your box not arrive within 7 days of your payment renewal date please contact us via email.
Return / Refund Policy: All sales and subscriptions made on our Site are considered final. The Company has a return policy in line with distance selling laws, if there is a problem or defect with any product delivered by The Business Box we will do our utmost to rectify the problem, if your child ‘does not like’ the product, then the product can be returned at the customers expense, as stated by distance selling laws. Products must be returned unopened, unused and intact. If the products have been opened/used we will not accept a return or offer any refund, by subscribing you agree to these terms. It would be the customers responsibility to cancel the subscription when they want.
